1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the seeksimple website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to all policies referenced here, including the Privacy Policy and the Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

3. Accounts and Security

Items may be offered in limited quantities and are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site at the time of order. Taxes, duties, and fees may be charged depending on the shipping destination. For international deliveries, local import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Shipping, Risk, and Title

Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss and title to items pass upon delivery to the address provided by you or to a designated safe place or neighbor if you selected that option, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions that are outside our control.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Unless required by law, original shipping fees are non refundable and returns must meet the stated condition and time requirements. Some items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

10. Preorders and Backorders

Estimated shipping dates for preorders and backorders are shown on product pages. Orders containing both in stock and preorder items may ship together when all items are available unless we advise another arrangement.

11. Promotions, Sets, and Gifts

Promotions are subject to terms stated on the site. For bundles, sets, or gift with purchase offers, you may need to return all related items to receive a full refund. If you keep part of a set or a promotional gift, its value may be deducted from any refund.

12. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are non refundable to the extent permitted by law. Treat gift card codes like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the site including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software is owned by seeksimple or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from the site content without prior written consent.

If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant seeksimple a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in any media for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit and that your content does not infringe third party rights or violate any law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless seeksimple and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third party rights.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, wars, terrorism, utility failures, or internet outages.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any dispute or claim shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. You agree to first try to resolve disputes with us through good faith negotiations for thirty days after notice. If not resolved, you agree that the courts located in California United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, unless mandatory law grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
