Shipping and returns

1. Scope and Contact

This policy describes order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases from seeksimple.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing time — 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Order edits and cancellation — Orders cannot be edited after placement. You may request cancellation within 1 hour if the parcel has not shipped.

3. Shipping Regions and Methods

  • Coverage — worldwide via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local partners.

  • Address — some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Provide a complete physical address and a contact phone number.

  • Split shipments — we may ship items separately at no extra charge if this speeds up delivery.

4. Shipping Fees and Timeframes

  • Fees — calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

  • Estimated delivery — shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. The clock starts after processing.

  • Delays — weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.

5. Tracking and Delivery

  • A tracking email is sent when your order ships.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers on delivery to the address provided or to a designated safe place or neighbor if selected, unless local law states otherwise. Report parcels marked delivered but not received within 7 days to the carrier and to us.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International deliveries may incur import duties, taxes, and fees payable by the recipient. seeksimple does not collect or cover these charges.

  • Customs procedures may extend delivery times. Refusal to pay duties may trigger return to sender — see section 7.

7. Failed Delivery or Return to Sender

If a parcel is undeliverable, refused, or uncollected and returns to us, we refund the product price minus the original shipping cost if charged and any carrier return charges.
Reshipment can be arranged once these costs are settled and the address is reconfirmed.

8. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing, email seeksimpleshop@gmail.com with photos and the order number within 7 days. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility and Window

  • Return window — request within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition — items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Hygiene exceptions — underwear and swimwear must have the hygiene liner attached and be tried on over undergarments. Face masks, socks, hair accessories, bodysuits, and custom or monogrammed items are final sale unless faulty.

  • Gift cards — non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  • Email seeksimpleshop@gmail.com with the order number and the items to return. We will send instructions and a prepaid label where available.

  • Timing — once a label is issued, ship the return within 5 days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If we provide a prepaid label, its actual cost is deducted from the refund. We confirm the amount before you proceed.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Place a new order for the desired item or size and return the original for a refund. For same-style size swaps, contact us for the most cost-efficient option.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and passes inspection.

  • Processing usually takes 5–7 business days from receipt. Bank posting times vary.

  • If the return fails inspection due to wear, washing, stains, odors, missing tags, or missing packaging, we may reject the return or apply a reasonable restocking or cleaning fee.

Promotions, Sets, and Gifts

  • For discounted bundles or gift-with-purchase, return all related items for a full refund. If you keep part of a set or a promotional gift, its value may be deducted from the refund.

10. Preorders and Backorders

  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page.

  • Orders that include a preorder or backorder ship together when the final item is ready unless we advise otherwise.

11. Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds are processed in the original order currency and the amount paid for the returned items, excluding shipping and return fees.

  • Minor differences may occur due to bank exchange rates or international card fees.

12. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. The version displayed at checkout and on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
