SHIPPING

What locations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers (e.g., DHL/UPS/local partners).

How much does shipping cost?
Rates are calculated at checkout and listed on our Shipping & Returns page.

Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sales taxes?
Local duties/taxes may apply to orders delivered outside your country/region. These charges are not covered by seeksimple and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Some carriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address where possible.

RETURNS

How do I return my order?
Start your return through our Returns Portal with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid label. Items must be unused, unwashed, and include original tags/packaging.

How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Once we issue your label, please ship it back within 5 days.

Do I have to pay for the return?
Return label fees are deducted from your refund (the amount shown in the Returns Portal before you confirm). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?
Please place a new order for the size/color you want and return the original item. If your exchange is for the same style in a different size, contact us—our team may be able to help with shipping adjustments.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected. You’ll get a confirmation email once completed.

Are any items non-returnable?
Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store or pop-up purchases
If purchased at a seeksimple pop-up or store, please return in person within 15 days with your receipt. If it was purchased in-store but shipped from our warehouse, you may return in person or contact customer care for a prepaid label and drop-off/pickup guidance.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can’t edit confirmed orders. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase—contact customer care before the order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and PayPal (availability varies by country). Accelerated checkouts (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay) may also be available.

Where can I find my invoice?
Download it from your customer account. Need edits? Email us and we’ll help.

OTHER

When will a preorder ship?
Estimated ship dates are shown on each preorder product page. Orders containing a preorder will ship together when the preorder item is ready.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital gift cards are available (Gift Cards page).

Do you restock?
We produce in limited runs. Join the waitlist on the product page to be notified if your size returns.

How do I pick the right size?
See Size & Fit on each product page and our Size Guide for international conversions and measurement tips.

What fabrics do you use?
Material details are listed on each product page under Fabric.

Where are seeksimple pieces made?
We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners, primarily in Europe and Asia, with responsible production standards. Learn more on our Makers page.

How do I care for my pieces?

Do you have physical locations?
